Use the trial and swap deadlines separately

Direct purchases have a 100-night mattress trial with a 30-night break-in. Another retailer's mattress-return policy may differ. For a layer swap, purchase replacements upfront. Your original layers must be received in good condition within 100 days of the original invoice; the refund covers the replacement-layer cost minus applicable shipping.

Layer shipping is free for naturepedic.com purchases in the Continental U.S. Authorized-retailer purchases require a receipt and round-trip shipping fees; fees also apply outside the Continental U.S. Start early enough for originals to arrive before the deadline. After the trial, new layers are final sale.

Understand the limited component warranty

The 25-year limited EOS warranty provides eligible component repair or replacement for the first 10 years. Later coverage is prorated: year 11 credit is 60% of the original component price, declining 4 percentage points each year. Warranty shipping is not covered. Firmness preference and comfort changes are excluded, so use the trial to assess feel. Keep your law label and dated receipt.

Match the materials to your priorities

Naturepedic lists GOTS-certified organic cotton and wool textiles and GOLS-certified organic latex, alongside plant-based PLA batting. Wool means Trilux is not vegan. These certifications describe materials and manufacturing requirements; they do not establish allergy suitability or promise pain relief. Choose for the construction and materials you want, then assess personal comfort during the trial.
