Verified ratings show excellent pressure relief — the headline metric for a soft mattress — paired with good ratings on cooling, motion isolation, edge support, and durability. The 2.5/10 firmness is well-suited to side sleepers needing deep pressure relief at the hips and shoulders, lightweight sleepers under ~150 lbs, and sleepers with specific pressure-point sensitivity.
